Quiet places/thoughts

During my time outside i walked over to the campus and when got there i was shocked by how quiet it was. I mean theirs people about 5 minutes away at north lake. But their was no one on campus, so i started to walk around looking at leaves blow around in the wind and listing to the birds. Its rare for me to find such a quiet place, it was almost like walking into a football arena on a Saturday or going to work on a Sunday. I wasn't sure what i should do so i sat down and looked at the library and started to think about what that area of land looked like before they built the library and what it looked like as it was being built. I like to see buildings being built because the finished product always amazes me seeing what it was to what it became. Once i was done thinking i notice that rain was coming down so i started to walk back. Along the way car started to drive by me and when i looked at them i noticed the people on the passengers side we'er looking at me i started to think about what they could be thinking seeing me walking from an empty school in the rain. I look at people walking when i'm in a car and i always wonder where they where coming from or what they we'er doing there, i don't maybe its just me being noisy. As i got closer to my room i saw different students mostly girls looking out at the rain which is always funny to me because they try so hard not to get their hair wet so they get stuck where ever they are until the rain stops. Before i went in i reminisced one last time about the mostly lively campus being as quiet as a church.
